Does anyone want to start an orginisation that just brings people together online to make small specialised apps? Like desklet things for Ubuntu/Mint and stuff like that.
The purpose would be to give an easy opening into open source projects and to put people in contact with each other. We have lots of developers and lots of artists and writers and stuff.
Also I am annoyed with the world and want to do something.

@kyzh I do like these names. I will see if anyone else actually responds. I think that nodireciton is an appropriate name if no one has other ideas.

So for this (see the previous toot in this thread) I need a name and are there any objections to making the main thing for it on GitLab.com?
I imagine discussions will be on mastodon mostly, but code and writing and drawing stuff would work on gitlab I think.
Ok, the suggestion that I like the most is Office Gossip for the group name. So if you have a suggestion let me know. Otherwise it will be Office Gossip, you have about 10 minutes before I make the gitlab group and start putting something into it.

Ok, And My Axe seems to be the favourite by a decent margin among the people who voted. And it fits the idea of the group pretty well so we are going with that.
ok, it is called And My Axe, I made a group on gitlab. Anyone who is going to be part of it should join the group. And now I am, for the first time in my life, actually using hashtags for what they are made for. I am going to be tagging stuff #AndMyAxe for this. Or is that what we are supposed to be using groups for? Does mastodon actually support groups?
