@bentosmile that was my response as well. I have a smartphone but it is about 9 years old and crashes if I try to run any app other than a music player.

@inmysocks I think this might be against building regulations if not actually illegal in Europe, modern WC door locks deliberately have a method of springing them from outside, in order to release someone (a kid/elderly person etc) who is trapped/cannot open the door (or in public areas so bouncers/cops can bust people taking drugs in there). Although looking at that door I suspect the door strike can be sprung quite easily with a basic tool anyway (it might be linked to an alarm though)
