#paleo is the first kind of diet that actually works - i lost 4kgs in two months. half of it in two weeks I'm eating paleo.
@pervyoneofnone nah, it's not that. I'm drinking a lot. Workouts and less carbs plus I've got A LOT to lose.
@instajelly The initial loss is water weight. Intake is not related. Just don't be discouraged if it slows. Then you're in the calorie regime.
@pervyoneofnone well, I'm working on that for 4 years, now something is finally working - I won't be discouraged - measurements + weight checking (second not always reliable since I've got some muscles and I don't look for my weight...)
@instajelly Beware of the initial water weight loss. It will steady out.
