so after few days of struggle I managed to run our work dev on my Windows machine. the rest of the dev team is using Macs, no one ever tried on Windows.

the biggest "problem" was that I had mysql and mariadb installed, so the database port was different than expected.

anyway, it's working fine and I'm so proud of myself, that I'm gonna write a config for the future use!
