Pronounce females the way you pronounce tamales.
Okay, story time:
When my daughter was born, there was another girl who was born. My daughter had a name chosen already, so the card on her crib said her name. The other baby, did not yet have a name chosen. As a result, the card on her crib said 'Female' and the family's last name. They came up to the NICU, saw the card, and said Female! What a beautiful name!! (pronouncing it like tamale) And I shit you fucking not, that is what they named their kid. @viciousviscosity
@Meshelly I don't envy that girl when she goes to school :-(
Just hoping parents did come to their senses and changed the name at some point.
At this point, she'd be 21 or 22. So, if her parents didn't fix it, she can. @isagalaev
@Meshelly yeah, but by this age her name is a huge part of her self, so it's a big decision to change it.
On the other hand, it's all just guessing. She might be a person who doesn't care in the slightest, or whatever :-)
@Meshelly I'm saying that treating or not treating your given name as part of who you are is totally subjective :-)
