I'm Team Blinking Lights for sures. Most drivers here have never seen a bicycle at night, and have absolutely no fucking clue what one looks like nor what the difference is between me and all the cars on the road with one burnt out taillight.
I draw as much attention as I can. Flashing lights, hi-viz, whatever.
