Newsflash 3.3.3 (and .4)
This one is for all the Local RSS enjoyers out there:
- use etags to skip downloading unchanged feeds
- avoid writing unchanged RSS 2.0 feeds to disk (feed-rs fix)
- handle articles that are published by multiple feeds with the exact same GUID (e.g. planet gnome)
Other fixes include
- improved favicon download logic (less re-downloads)
- fix a drag & drop regression
- better online check (avoid it in more cases)
- add back unread/starred database indices for faster UI updates
- search uses article plain text

@jangernert hi, any plans to provide an appimage release on gitlab? I'm trying to avoid flatpaks, but I don't mind appimages just because they're just one delete away, without leaving breadcrumbs all over the place. I wanted newsflash over liferea for a long time, but i can't try it due to no-flatpak rule in my house. :)
