Can think of other places if you are more interested in investing for social outcomes than making significant financial profit.
@janvlug Have you looked into permaculture and forest gardens? If you find a local orchard or farm that is trending in that direction it could be a good investment. Agriculture will be disrupted as our climate further destabilizes, and resilient local food will increase in relative value.
