computers are bullshit now. you buy a faster computer and it's slower
@jk you may say this as a joke but I am extremely frustrated at this
@jk software makers are terrible at programming apparently. People still uses the same three features of font size bold and centered text but modern versions of Word requires thousands of times more resources and takes ages to boot than when people just used the Windows Write.
On the other hand, Linux got crazy fast.
@jk There's gotta be some sort of named law where the faster computers get, the more complicated software gets to take advantage of that speed. Like video game loading times, at least past cassette.
