with talk of soundcloud getting ready to go belly-up, i think this is a really good opportunity for something like this to happen.
i think instaud.io and soundcloud (& to an extent bandcamp) don't do a very good job establishing "communities" -- SC in particular doesn't have any great ways of connecting you with other artists or exchanging ideas... it's mostly just upload-and-forget.
instaud.io is specifically for uploading stuff fast, but i would love to see actual communities exist there
