Don't mix automation of tasks with #AI! If what you have is a lousy process, by using "AI" the results can be a disaster 
Think how you can support your organization to integrate #technology in the workplace that benefits everyone! 
@joaorosa based on conversations, people are conflating:
1. act of delegation: I want something to get done by someone/something else. AI/ML/LLM might be a suitable delegate tool (something), if it is appropriate for the job but it is not a panacea.
AND
2. process automation: I have a defined, relevant, accurate, grounded & repeatable process including exception handling to delegate, see above. Current AI/ML/LLM define processes that are irrelevant & inaccurate. Who’s validating the process?
