I'm pretty hyped about the new Steam Play (steamcommunity.com/games/22141) powered by Valve's fork of Wine with Vulkan patches (github.com/ValveSoftware/Proto) and managed configs to bring Windows games to Linux.

A lot of people are worried this will reduce the already-little attention devs give to Linux, but I think that's only a short-term effect. Long-term, this will drive more users to Linux who can finally play all their fav games, which will ultimately bring more developer attention.
