Did a little messing around with #RSS feeds and I've really fell in love with them, and I'm so happy #Mozilla #Thunderbird has an in-built RSS reader.
@pepemao It definitely seems to suit moving away from social media, and i can't believe more people don't use RSS!
But yes, I can tell it quickly can become unwieldy!
Unfortunately I'm not sure, as I'm very new to RSS. @Gargron could potentially point you in the right direction, or point you in the direction of someone more in the know than I.
@jringram Sure, when I stopped using Facebook a year ago or something it was like discovering the Internet again 😍 I need to configure it better though.. now it's huge and practicaly unusable.. so watch it! Good luck..
P.S. Is there any way to add an #RSS feed to some social network like #Friendica or #Hubzilla, or #Mastodon, but here I really doubt.
