@kat Freakin sweet. I ran 10k on trails yesterday and 10k on pavement today. It was really slow, but I felt pretty consistent--my knee bothered me a bit, but I was able to work the stiffness out and reset my stride when I needed to.
@pizza_pal are you enjoying it ? I am.. I find it gets me going outside regular and I've lost weight. I tend to do two days on then have a day or two off, then another two consecutive days of 10km a day.
