Perhaps someone smarter than me can explain why the costing document expects corp tax income to more than double in revenues from 3bn to 6.3bn by 2024 despite freezing the tax rate. How will this happen?

This is the main source of income according to the manifesto costing document. In fact the costing doc suggests we’ll be increasing deficit by £1bn/yr _unless_ corp tax income increases. So again, how is that supposed to happen?
