The problem with being a full-time traveler is that, basically, I have no friends to hang out with on a slow Sunday afternoon. Or, basically, ever. #digitalnomad problems.
@pl currently on the coast of Mexico in Puerto Vallarta.
Sometimes there are co-working spaces. But mostly just people working. Also, I guess I just miss hanging out with longer-term friends, not just travel acquaintances.
Know what I mean?
@kkinder I see, I try to imagine :-), but I'm not living abroad at the moment.
@pl it's fun and all. :) But it does get lonely, especially in places where you always sound like kind of a simpleton because of the language deficiency. But there are indeed hackerspaces in bigger cities.
@kkinder Closest spaces on hackerspaces.org are at least 380km-600km away.
@kkinder misread you as full time-traveller.
@ente misread?
@kkinder Are you saying that you are in fact a time-traveller? Mis-hypened, perhaps. ;)
@kkinder Where do you hang out? Are there no intersting communities around? Hackspaces? Community driven spaces in general? Meetups? ...
