@ghost_bird this is interesting. I wonder if there is another 'thing' to think of - on the other side, that accomplishes the same thing in a positive way - sensativity, openness, confidence, and support - to challenge and navigate, choose and reflect...

@lauraritchie There absolutely are forms of resilience we can cultivate for ourselves and which strengthen us. In context, this is about institutional demands for resilience, and the way drawing attention to a problem with the institution becomes a problem of your own “sensitivity”
