Found this interview with Lulu LaMer on the Dev Game Club podcast interesting both for her look back at Looking Glass, but also that it talks about her growth and change after it, after Ion Storm.
Reminds me of the Matthew Wiese's interview with Mahk LeBlanc, which is also partly looking back on Looking Glass, but less about reminiscence than reflection and talking about how he, and perhaps games more generally, have grown and changed since.
