Social media encourages us to be more performative about our thoughts and activities, including the things we care about. A down side of that is that if someone isn't performative about something, it can seem like they're not doing it or don't care about it.

Remember: people can care about things without it being a public performance, and calling someone out for not making a public performance of their very real care does very real harm.

so my comic: bros fight to the death for the chance of being the last bro standing, an honor which would grant a bro eternal youth and immortality. but a house of five bros sees no point in being immortal if you can't do it without your best friends, and have chosen to fight for a mortal life. they spend their time defending their turf from attacking bros, avoiding chore wheels, and having Feelings for one another.
