@mdm Personally, because I'm the kind of person who's very low on spoons these days, this would be nearly impossible, and I wouldn't trust myself to not burn a gfx or two in the process (I've done that before when trying to fiddle around).
I'd rather buy a prebuilt with a few years warranty on that the build as a whole should function.
@maloki @noelle If you're wanting brand new, sometimes! If you're hard up for money, I'd recommend recycling parts off of eBay as much as possible.
