So we get cravings because well, partially we need something and partially we want something.
I'm trying to feed my needs before they become nasty cravings as they are easier to handle that way. Like something crunchy every day (raw carrots are great, or a few nuts).
this morning though, rice pudding (or rice-grain-porridge as we say in Swedish), with walnuts and raisins on top. Instead of sugar and cinnamon.
So good, and flavourful! :D
