I think the tragedy of that memo is that he's essentially right, and Zuckerberg is right to "think twice about hiring anyone over 30".
Large corporations are better off only hiring young, ambitious men with poor work/life balance and lack of empathy.
There will never be diversity in major corporations, because their very structure is pathological.

Not only Slavic people has this weird tradition to shake their hands every morning, they also don't shake women's hands (pretty much sexism imo). I tried to resist it but everyone thinks you are weird and mentions it every time "ah you don't like it" so I gave up eventually.
