What's the least terrible way to run a windows vm in linux nowadays?

@marijn I've always used kvm for this, but now I'm wondering if GNOME's Boxes would make a less terrible way to run a Windows VM?

@marijn Oh, I should've mentioned that I do use Boxes, but I've only tried to use it for Linux VMs so far. It seems to work pretty well. I had to dip down to virsh once when I wanted to tweak a VM in a way that the GUI didn't expose.
