On further reflection, they seem to be making a play for the QOTSA space, but anyone expecting an album of "show yourself" is going to be in for a surprise.

The new album is probably their best effort since crack the skye, but there's not too much we haven't heard before. A solid entry point if you're hankering for some sludgy prog metal.
