@mastohost I would change this to “by using the service”. As your customer, I’m not hiring you personally through a separate contract. I’m paying for the service you/WAP provide. IANAL but I know a bit about contract work :)
@jwildeboer Thanks, I will look over the suggest change with the GDPR specialist that did the Privacy Policy with me but I do think it makes all the sense and will end up changing it.
