@missqarnstein perceptually realistic does not mean at all accurate to the original. black out sensitive info anyway

@missqarnstein also DO NOT USE GAUSSIAN BLUR. gaussian blur is straight up perfectly reversible if the compression is kind enough to it and the attacker can guess the parameters (like if you load up a blur filter in your favorite editor and leave the intensity at default)
