@TrentWalton In most agencies I work with, it’s spread across different tools, if it happens at all. The most tidy teams tend to use Confluence or some other “Intranet” to document project info or concepts/documentation. Often, Jira tickets include important links or info that sink into oblivion. Devs almost always also rely on some documentation in the repos (e.g. the README).
