Visited the RSS memorial today. After all these years, it's still amazing to see the lightning hit it—every hour, on the hour—and then watch as the sparks ripple out to the aggregator towers at all the cemeteries that are still subscribed.
I "reserved" the couch and projector tonight because I was supposed to have dinner and movie with a friend. Looks like she might be standing me up. Do I just play Persona 5 and make it looks to my roommate like I reserved it to play a videogame on a Friday night? I think it will raise my Guts irl
@jdespland Super embarrassing though. My dad worked for mining corporations like BHP Billiton in Yellowknife for 20 years. I'm glad almost all financial support came from my mom, whose work was more moral energy efficiency stuff for Federal government. But yeah massive middle class privilege
