New policy: all requests to not capitalize the initial letter of a project name when it is the first word in a sentance are hereby permanently denied.
People questioning this policy will be pointed to the Wikipedia entry on capitalization and told not to come back until they understand.

(The closing backtick is optional but probably a good idea.)
