@n8 if they don't choose you, just break your talk up into a series of questions for the other speakers.
@ted I've always wanted to live-tweet(etc) out a series of generic Q&As while I'm at a conference and hashtag them with the conf. But I'm always concerned people will misconstrue it as me criticizing whoever's actually up. E.g.,
"So this is more of a comment than a question... #fosdem"
"I just wanted to make sure everybody knew about this other project you didn't mention... #scale"
"Oh I don't need the microphone, I'll just talk loud #txlf"
@n8 just do it on Mastodon, the hashtags barely work out of a single instance so the chance of someone finding all the posts for a conference feed is nearly impossible.
