@machado And in countries where yaks are a valuable resource animal, I'm pretty sure yak shaving is actually useful because, free yak hair.

@natecull I see yak shaving more as an extensive multilevel dependency traversal. It's a symptom of complexity. Not related at all to process improvement.

@dredmorbius Well, in my case it's that I become dissatisfied with my tools.. And so to me fixing the toolchain is both a valid recursive goal AND a process improvement, but to others its just nonsense busywork, because 'omg the tools are perfectly fine, just use them and do the job and stop wasting time'
