I think it is INCREDIBLY unethical to have your valued AI co-worker pass itself off as one of your support team without being transparent with the customer or member of the public that that is what the hell is going on. Such very low quality, simpleton responses can easily be misconstrued as highly offensive to your unfortunate human correspondent.</p>
