I think cw should be used to indicate content so that readers can skip quickly over it if they decide it is harmful to or useless for them. Similar to keywords in scientific publications.
If one thinks everyone on a timeline should see this toot, then just don't use cw.
I think this also takes the focus away from "content warning" as an issue for a specific group, but shows that it is just a rather well known resource-saving mechanism for everyone.
@TQ of course this does not contradict your argument, that femininity needs more space. It does. And that is IMHO a very good reason to think that everyone should see it.
