Is there a tool that will back up an iCloud Drive? Downloading anything that isn't stored locally right now?
Alternately, is there an out-of-the-box way to force download of iCloud Drive contents from a shell script so I can make sure SuperDuper catches the files during a regular periodic backup?

@noleli @uliwitness TL;DR seems to be:
* Time Machine will always fetch them if needed
* third-party tools will only be able to if you disable optimize. https://bombich.com/kb/ccc6/limitations-online-only-placeholder-files
Note that Finder apparently *will* fetch them for you if you copy the entire dir, so maybe you can trigger that via AppleScript?
