Either that, or the fact that I can’t find any data on percent infected outside of Oregon means the rest of the world is using bad statistics to scare people.

This source suggests a much smaller increase in confirmed infections and a decrease in actual/estimated infections and deaths. covid19.healthdata.org/united-

On paper California has (or had) quite strong lockdown rules (and mobility is still decreased a lot), but infections did not go down much. Does anyone understand why. Air conditioning?
