@omglinux One small step forward but I'm desperately waiting for the Gnome System Monitor to have GPU and STORAGE-IO sections to the Resources tab.

@vixalientoots @omglinux While there is a plethora of ways to read your PC's sensors data in GNU+Linux, I was talking about having a standardized ways in the Gnome desktop of seeing the GPU and the disk-io usage instead of having to use some third-party application to do it. Since the cpu, ram and network usage are already in the System monitor those two should also be there.
