Free Works, Licenses, Trademark
This post about Rust and Mozilla bring up a very important question:
Trademark is designed to protect identity. It's so I can't claim to be you and harm your reputation. How does that intersect with my freedom to distribute modified versions of works?
I think the Mozilla trademark is a reasonable action on their part but it does restrict freedom 3. What could they do instead?
