If you never questioned movie critics, just look at rottentomatoes for 2 movies:
Rogue One - 85%
Avenger's Infinity War - 83%
Let that sink in...
And now describe the two movies main character: Thanos and whatshername (sorry don't remember)...
No Star Wars movie outside of the original trilogy worth more than 70-75%. Imo 90% for a movie is really high, almost perfect.
So yes critics, RO is more like a 30-35%.
