i applaud everyone who can put themselves out there with their art and their work, who believe in themselves enough to have the confidence to know they won't be laughed at or berated, who don't believe themselves to be mediocre or bland, and who have the self-confidence and wherewithal to keep going and make more new stuff
@patienceinbee Of course you will be laughed at and berated -- of all the people on the Internet there is always at least one, sooner or later, who will do that. But it helps to realize that they are not real people and that you don't have to listen to them. Also, they are made of meat. Disgusting.
@deshipu i need trusted people in my life to reassure me that i'm doing good work or that they believe in me. there hasn't been enough of that in my life
