I found that reference to the empathy museum from there, which sounds like a wonderful concept with articles and podcast episodes... :D more info to dive in to!
@pavsaund Hi, my first thought was to aspects of some Buddhist practices, which includes bringing focus to the value of everyone. Looking for a resource to tie in the value of empathy and research behind it I came across this article, though the online tool it points to for gauging empathy level requires Flash so o couldn't test it http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-33287727
