@pixelfed@mastodon.social does that mean the export no longer relies on our media files to be kept/accessible on the instance anymore? cos if so that’d be really nice, as the current way of exporting data seems a bit useless as it doesn’t seem to actually export the media files as far as I can tell.
@pixelfed will moving from a Pixelfed to a mastodon instance be supported at some point?
@numericcitizen @pixelfed I love this! Big fan of self-contained exports that have both JSON and HTML. This seems really similar to the .bar format, maybe it could be tweaked to be compatible? (I'll test whenever this change is live on pixelfed.social.)
