I was having a hard time dealing with some ADD-related emotional issues already and now somehow my work sitch has started requiring massively more self-organization and project management, this is bad and I don't know how to dig out.

Awwwww yeah I got to explain a thing and I hopefully was helpful.

Trying to decide if I keep preferring "executive function disorder" to ADD because it feels more accurate, or because "executive" makes me feel all professional and fancy.

There are some environmental stressors I suspect aren't helping, but this is unsourced anxiety. I'm honestly somewhat worried that I messed up my vitamin D again.

I really really do not like this and need to figure out a way to handle these that's not guaranteed to end up with me still up at 3am.

I am having the kind of anxiety attack where distractions "work," I feel ok as long as a show or a game is happen but as soon as the distraction ends or I stop, I'm right back at the edge of tears.
