WONDER WOMAN 1984: here is Steve Trevor in a tracksuit!
ME: how about instead he wears this other iconic piece of clothing from 1984
In addition to Carly, grabbed some more Regina Spektor albums I didn't have in my collection, and a few other things.
It's basic and maybe kinda generic-y pop, but so far Carly Rae Jepsen's Emotion album is just hitting the spot.
Hello do you like fairly obscure power pop from Canada ca. 1999 https://youtu.be/NJhce7SalA4
If I may make a confession, it was partially thanks to the people from TT (especially y'all I follow here) that convinced me to get any Carly Rae Jepsen in the first place. So thank you.

Hilariously, the only reason I ended up going there was because Subway mysteriously closed four hours early and Tin Horton’s ran out of chicken. But in the end, it was for the best. Got a tasty BBW chicken sandwich and broccoli and cheese soup.
I had a sandwich from Panera for the first time ever for dinner tonight and now I’m wondering why I never went there before.
