@popey bought a portable air conditioner from Argos a few months ago. Best £300 I've ever spent! 😁
(I also picked up a velcro/zip window seal from Amazon for the out pipe, which was also a good choice)
@TrechNex I bought one 15 years ago, and still drag it out every summer for 2 days. Sadly it's a bit rubbish now, and barely blows a cold breeze.
@popey I moved to country-side from the city center. 1000m higher altitude. Usually 6 degrees cooler. Could not be happier.
