Got a few sheets of exercises I can do sitting down from the rhuemy, but honestly they mostly make my joints do terrible painful clicking. Wish I could go to PT, but it's far away and expensive.
Got a PT friend in CA though, we're going to try something weird. I'm typing up some stuff and he's gonna try to help remotely. Probably won't be as useful as actual PT, but hopefully some of the exercises can be modified for my needs.
