Over the next two weeks, we will be performing maintenance on our VPN servers. This means you may notice that small batches of servers are temporarily disabled while we work on them. We apologize for any inconvenience.

@protonvpn Recently, some servers in some countries, including Australia, the United States, and Japan, are offline, but are these servers under maintenance?

@bitx Yes, we are running a campaign to further strengthen the security of our VPN servers. You can find all the details here: protonstatus.com/incidents/45 If you are experiencing any issues for a longer period of time, please don't hesitate to contact us via the following link: protonvpn.com/support-form so we can investigate.

@protonvpn Thanks for the reply. Thank you for your polite response.

@protonvpn Hey guys. Just an unrelated suggestion here. Add wireguard to your service please. It's a night and day experience compared to OpenVPN.

@ehsan Yes, we are planning to implement Wireguard as a protocol, but that will take some time since Wireguard is not yet a stable protocol considering all of the aspects. You can find more details here: protonvpn.com/blog/wireguard-d

@protonvpn Amazing.
Your service already has incredible speed here in Iran, compared to most other providers. I appreciate your work. ❤❤

@ehsan Thank you so much for your support! It means a lot to us 💚
