Raptor systems released their mini-ITX POWER9 board.
It is, obviously, a beauty although the $800 price tag is scary, especially as you need to add the actual processor cost to it ($375-$595) and the RAM ($395-$2950)

It's not *cheap*, but it's a step towards "more affordable".
