"it is possible to use a medical laser for scarification" is just one of many thought-provoking asides in this text that just showed up, courtesy of @Daddy

"more like an arc welder for skin" have you USED one of these in a scene before??? Come ON you can't just drop hints like this

It's chock full of the usual v practical first aid advice for fractures, heatstroke, choking, foreign objects, etc., but then also has delightfully sadistic suggestions like

"Use a ball point pen to draw or write on the bound testicles"

"Another idea is to place as many condoms on the penis as possible"

Oh, here's something important I didn't know the name for: patellar tracking disorder. Happens sometimes in scenes with prolonged kneeling on hard surfaces: patella shifts to the outside (sometimes inside) of the knee joint, and can feel wonky or wedge up for a while after coming out of that position.

My knees are thankfully pretty good these days, but after a skiing injury I had issues with kneeling for a few years. Never knew what to look up for it.

It's always interesting comparing different experienced players' risk tolerances. Andrews is fine with fisting and (I think? cutting), but draws his personal limits at urethral insertables (understandable, I've heard several horror stories), piercing, and (surprisingly!) *any* kind of electro. Even violet wands!

"There have been cases where buttocks have been detached by heavy overhand [flogger] strokes" I'M SORRY WHAT?
