I think the reason Trump won in 2024 & the reason removing him will take a sacrifice that most Americans aren't prepared to make, is that the right has figured out how to make themselves seem inevitable, invulnerable & ubiquitous by amplifying & inflating their actual public support to appear greater than it is. It's why they throw $$$ at AI, Meta is a black box, Musk bought twitter, they invented Newsmax & OAN, and the admin has pulled tech in tight.
It's a self-sustaining mirage.
>> It's a self-sustaining mirage.
It didn't happen in one day.
Both #Biden & #Obama knew about #Trump's #Russia connections — much more and much sooner than any of us did.
Both knew about #FoxNews poisoning the minds of our troops on military bases.
But neither did enough to WARN us — the public — much less protect us from all enemies, domestic and foreign.
#HillaryClinton at least had the courage to face him in the eye and tell it like it was, but #POTUS bully pulpit failed.

#KamalaHarris collected SO MUCH MONEY during her campaign, and then just DISAPPEARED
Little by little, the evidence becomes overwhelming.

The mirage is not just the result of Right making themselves seem inevitable, invulnerable & ubiquitous, but also Left making themselves invisible and inconsequential.
Just like #MAGA, there is a #Democratic cult too.
"#Schumer could do no wrong" is the new "#Biden could do no wrong" — despite Schumer's YES vote on the cloture for CR and Biden's #virtueSignaling on #MerrickGarland and his subsequent kneecapping.
@rameshgupta @dcdeejay @augieray This is a great way to drive further divisions in the party. I think they enjoy it.

Know what's a great way to drive further divisions in the party? Dropping the ball on bringing insurrectionists and national security thieves to justice — even with a clear mandate and bipartisan support after Jan6. Or disappearing with election contributions, only to hobnob with investors. Or voting with opposition on bills which they didn't even deign to get your input on
Please don't try to shift blame from #Democratic Party Leaders to the electorate who put their trust in these leaders.
Thanks
@rameshgupta @dcdeejay @augieray You said we didn't put the J6 people in jail?
@rameshgupta @dcdeejay @augieray It is the electorates fault - they warned us and they elected Trump anyways. You're just doing Putin and Trump's dirty work now furthering this.
>>Please don't try to shift blame from #Democratic Party Leaders to the electorate who put their trust in these leaders.
#HitAndRun by @jenzi who thinks it is the #Democratic electorate's fault that they elected #Schumer so that he could do #Trump's dirty work by voting for #Republican agenda that #GOP didn't even seek his input on.
Is it also the electorate's fault that #Garland only went after foot soldiers because #Biden explicitly kneecapped him from seriously investigating Trump for J6?
@rameshgupta @jenzi
The entire USA shit its pants, now you all have to sit in it. Don't shift the blame.
