@retro_hamster It does not need any configuration rebuilding for grub because fstab using UUID and if you dump the whole partition to another partition, they will have the same UUID. It means the new partition is totally SAME as the old one.

So now, I can be happy to using docker XD

So there are steps:

1. Go get a live-cd.
2. Boot it and open Terminal.
3. Clear the target partition(/dev/sda2 here)
4. cat /dev/sda3 > /dev/sda2(I preferring pv for eye sugar XD)
5. Delete the origin system partition(/dev/sda3 here)
6. mount /dev/sda2 /mnt
7. for i in proc dev sys; do mount --bind /$i /mnt/$i; done
8. chroot /mnt
9. mount /dev/sda1 /boot
10. Remove the new partition mount point at /etc/fstab if had.
11. reboot and resize2fs the /dev/sda2

I move the system partition of my server yesterday because I chose "Automatic Installation" serval years ago when installing the system... The result is the wizard divided the disk into 3 partitions and installed the system at the latest small partition...

After years I realized the best way is to use the whole disk, storing system with data...

To use #MySQL Cluster with Hibernate, just need to make some tweak on MySQL5Dialect.class. Extend it, and change some options.

It is suggested to read the official document, change these options according to #NDB limitations. But the modify of value that getTableTypeString() returns is required.

I use #Hibernate 5 so it will have differences under lower version of Hibernate.
